Services
We provide technology consulting and software development services. All project-specific terms are detailed in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, clients retain full ownership of all deliverables upon final payment. We retain the right to use anonymized project information for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, code, and business data shared during engagements.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.
